The cashier scanned the ticket, and found out that they were out of this system. I was upset because I thought that was
the reason they have the tickets so you know they have it in stock. Anyway, the cashier was nice to call the other store,
which is about 20 min away, and they said they had the system and they would put one on hold, knowing that we were
on our way. So we headed out to the other store, I was not particularly happy about driving out there but we had the
money and I did not want to put it off. When we got to the store, they said that they did not have the monitor that went
with the system. Now, we drove this way because we were told that they had the entire system. And instead of giving us
another monitor, they said we would have to pay an additional US$100 for a different monitor. I could not believe it,
because they were out of the monitor, we were going to have to spend more money.
