Dear Building Managers,
We would like to remind each and every one of you, that the Safety of your building and its Residents is under your direct responsibility.
As such you are required to take all necessary steps to ensure that the premise you are in charge of, is totally safe.
Please kindly ensure that all fire alarm and fire protection systems are in working order and that there are no obstructions in the Fire Escape Stairwells, etc. If you have appropriate firefighting equipment, please make sure that it is easily available in the event of an emergency.
Please make sure that you and all of your staff are aware of the Emergency Procedures in the event of a fire including making sure that no-one gets trapped inside the lifts. Please make sure that all of your staff have the required Emergency Contact Numbers for the Emergency Services.
If there is a problem, you must refer it immediately to your Client, such as the Committee members, and the Juristic Person Manager. Please ensure that this be put in writing (if this is listed in minutes, then these minutes need to be signed by the Client). You also need to inform your Property Manager, Support Engineer and Khun Sathaporn, our Engineering Manager.
Safety of the buildings we are in charge of, is our number one priority and will always remain our most important duty.
Should a incident involving safety occur (even if it is minor), Savills Senior Management shall be informed immediately, and a corrective action plan shall be undertaken to ensure the safety of our clients and staff is restored without any delays.
Please kindly ensure that you keep this in mind at all times.
Thank you in advance for your kind cooperation.
