Position: Relationship Officer.
• To gather and update relevant information about customers for effective sales and customer management.
• To gather and analyze credit-related data, establish plans to achieve funding targets in line with bank policies.
• To negotiate and structure loans for financial feasibility, industry analysis, operating analysis, and collateral evaluation.
• To analyze financial statement, customer capabilities, develop financial projections and model cash flow and ability to repay per loan for assistance in credit proposal preparation.
• To keep abreast of key market or industry developments affecting credit risk, and maintain knowledge of bank’s credit products and policies.
• To manage the working capital funds for effectiveness of customers’ investment and keep customers updated on important outstanding issues.
• To offer value-added advices for customers about financial services and products as well as to maintain relationship and follow up on portfolio of new and existing commercial loans.
• To revise and review existing loans and improve credit quality of substandard loans.
