Studying the application of Buddhist principles on supporting social learning conditions together with the collaboration of the clergy in 5 northeastern provinces, is the purpose of the research. Giving a social opportunity to study ways of Buddhism in 5 northeastern provinces, the development in Buddhist monks’ capacities in strengthening social learning conditions in relation to Buddhist principles, as well as, analyzing the relationship of clergy, government sector, local administration, populations, and community organization. All those aforesaid groups are to support learning conditions in society according to ways of Buddhism. The data collection was from 2 groups of sample populations, were, 8 of a group of monk leaders and 50 from government network centre, local administration, populations, and community organization. The research outcome was saying that the monk leaders in Mahasarakham, Surin, Bureerum and Ubon Rajathaniareas, were, encountering the problem caused from the ways of dwellers’ livings, namely: poverty, health, destroyed natural resources, weakness of culture, etc. Even though, poverty was the local people confronted, habitually, still, they were offering four requisites. Thus, brought about a serious problem to be researched with those aforementioned causes and searching for the sustainable solutions of the problems. To design strategies, structures, and various activities to reinforce community relationships, establishing the moral development centre and also establishing banks of villages, were, proceeding together with Buddhist principles. That is to say, to apply the Buddhist principles as the sustainable solutions. Faith in the Tripitaka, sacrifice, meetings, adequacy, well-behaved and integrity, were all the Buddhist principles that the monk leaders employed to the communities. The communities were improved in relation to social status by the solutions; this affirms that the clergy leaders have their capacities to work.This study was funded by the conducts, namely: performances feature that reflection were, the speech with knowledge, great personalities, and prudence. All the aforesaid things originating the encouragement in the communities, consistently, to follow and create activities to support learning. Moreover, the factors that built the monk leaders being capable workers were,Phrakrusukhumwannophas had th insight meditation as the spiritual anchor, Phra-adhikarnsomboon Wisutto hadthe teaching of the Lord Buddha as the spiritual anchor,PhrawanchaiPanyadharo had solitude, Phrakrusirisutwimon had truthfulness, Phramahautien Chirawadhano had sacrifice as the spiritual anchor and Phrakruboonchayakorn has gratefulness which connecting to LuangBhu-Onsa who made “Hoop Tam” to tell the story of “Sinsairobsim” the chapel to be the daily practice of working.
For the relationship of the activities that the monk leaders created for communities produced as the 3 results, were, 1. Good health, wisdom condition‒dwellers were aware of right and wrong doings of caution of manners, 2. Social livings, namely:people living in harmony and 3. Good mental health, in other words: locals were willing to be benevolent, supporting each other and living without feud.
