"PerfectMoney deposits have temporarily been disabled as we've had some issues with their API today and are now waiting for a new password from Carlos.
As soon as we receive it we will re-enable it and solve all the pending deposit/purchase tickets. If you have made a deposit/purchase with PM today, please send a support ticket in the correct category, with details of your transaction (if you haven't yet) - batch number has to be included. And we'll solve the tickets and add the missing deposits within 24 hours most likely.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused."
