Restaurants joined the market as extended domestic households; this was the almost universal organizational structure of businesses at the time. Participants in the traditional cash economy were households, even if represented by individuals as actual buyers and sellers. Farms were based on the family, just as artisans and retailers comprised a master, mistress, children and often live-in apprentice. Many “three-star” restaurant survive by a couple, they have charge of the kitchen and other dining-room for couple that come to dating, however hotel have higher level than restaurant with not only in food, conversation and delight.
