use behavioral interviewing to identify job candidates with
the NPPC values (Five Talls). Additionally, without a passion
for pets people are unlikely to feel like they fit at NPPC,
and may feel uncomfortable with all the pets in offices
and other work places. We also select people who are
performance-driven with an understanding that taking
good care of customers drives all of our measures
of success.
