What happened?
Wednesday November 18, 2015 at approximately 1PM PST, Cypress users began experiencing problems with Microsoft Outlook with regards to sending or replying to e-mails. Affected users experienced e-mail “bounce backs” when sending, replying or forwarding e-mails.

What Happened?
IT Personnel determined that the problem was related to a transport rule enacted on the O365 Exchange Server. The problem has since been resolved by IT Personnel. E-mail functionality was restored by 1:45PM PST.
