Dear GAD,
Regarding the new SL rules, it is mentioned that any confidential information handling shall be indicated the security level on the left hand top side of the printed out document.
In this initial stage, the official reports of manager meeting are currently applied as you may saw every week.
Therefore, I would like to request GAD to revise the AFA template to comply with this rule and announce to the user as the company standard template.
AFA will be circulated to several related person, and they will recognize how the security level it is for each AFA and realize how to treat.
Basically, the AFA shall be indicated as SL2 above upon its confidentiality or whether the privacy information included or not.
So, please revise the AFA Form with SL box, or you may use my sample attached or any revision is up to your consideration.
