Instruction:
Step 1 Fry shallots until crispy and brown.
Step 2 clean the chicken tendon. Bring the chicken marinated with soy sauce. 1 tablespoon soy sauce and mushrooms 1 tablespoon pepper 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning powder for fermentation or fried 1 teaspoon. To mix ferment for about 30 minutes.
Step 3 Before frying mix with Gogi tempura flour without water.
Step 4 Heat oil to hot, put the chicken tendon, reduce the heat is fried chicken tendon joints central until cooked. Colors begin to turn light brown. Scoop up and drain it. After that put them into a serving plate.
Step 5 Put the palm sugar into a wok over a low heat and stir until the palm sugar begins to melt. Then add the tamarind juice, fish sauce and pepper and stir for a few minutes until the sauce starts to thicken. Simmer for about 2 minutes until cooked (if the sauce is dry, add a little bit of water).
Step 6 put the tamarind sauce on the deep fried chicken tendon. Add a bit of the fried garlic and shallots. and serve garnished with the chilies, shallots, garlic and coriander.
