• Ensure adherence to high company standards for safety, environmental awareness, business ethics, and valuing all people
• Operate and keep the switchboard workable
• Receiving and welcoming visitors/guests at the reception area
• Provide information to visitors/guests
• Handle DHL/FedEx courier services local and international
• Sort, receive and send IN/OUT mails
• Handle messenger services
• Be as a facilitator for all meeting room in 1 st floor
• Maintain front door/access control machine/key
• Maintain record and administer phone charges
• Others as being assigned.
