1. Handle administration jobs within the organizations

3. Liaise with both internal departments and suppliers to arrange all meetings, functioned events, and individual guest's requirements.
4. Accommodate guests with all services provided within Business Centre, including internet (LAN, Wireless) and secretarial services
5. Arrange meeting rooms, equipment, and facilities for guests requirements when working at Business Centre
6. Provide valuable services of catering and conference in Business Center Area
