But, the root of warranty and service might changes by the problem which you want to solve.
1. If the early failure of unit has causing, support would arranged from Crest Thailand. Of course it is free.
2. If you need the technical consulting in case like enhancing the performance of machine, first contact would arranged from Japan and support from which Japan or Thailand. It is case by case. Actual expanse might cost.
3. If you only need the easy advice of operating, support would arranged from Thailand.
