1. Establish and initiate preliminary schedule of work (level 2) of a project, as per the relevant procedures.
2. Set-up a detailed schedule (level 3) and prepare a document register.
3. Provide all necessary planning intervention to other departments.
4.Monitor and control progress of work in term of:
- Physical progress
- Deliverable and Manhours spend
- Schedule of work
5.Prepare periodic report to the client/ project management, which may include but not limited to weekly report,
monthly report, project monthly summary or any other form of reporting that may be required from time to time.
6. Advise project management on potential problem due to schedule constraints etc.
