The pedometer seemed to have been used by most participants in an encouraging way. It was worn often or very often by 86.3% of participants and 64.1% had been using it on the day of answering the follow-up questionnaire or within the last week. The pedometer
was also found to be useful or very useful to help being physically active by most (77.6%) and increased the level of physical activity for 84.2% of participants. Almost all participants (96.7%) wore it
