R6: 39x4.mm
R9-10: size 5.6x2.5x5.1 mm, 5.8x3.8 mm, 5.1x2.3 mm L12: 4.5x2.3 mm
L2: 3.7x2.7 mm, 7.3x3.5x6.4 mm
L5: Panial obscured heterogoneous echoic mass with internal calcification,
size 13.4x16.5x10.7 mm
L6: irregular-shape hypoechoic mass, size 5.1x5.1 mm
2) Cyst, Multiple cysts are in both breasts
Could complicated cysts at R12(6.8x3.1 mm), R2(11.8x5.3 mm)
3) Others, Not detectable
IMP
- Partial obscured heterogoneousechoic mass with internal calcification at L5
irregular-shape hypoechoic mass at L6, suspicious malignancy
- Multiple circumscribed hypoechoic mass at both breasts as described above,
probably benign
- Could complicated cysts at R12 and R2, probably benign
- Multiple cysts are in both breasts, favored benign
Assessment Category BI-RADS 4, suspicious malignancy
