1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 red chilli, finely chopped
1 red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
Juice of 2 limes (3 tablespoons)
2 x 150g packs ready to wok noodles
1 large egg, beaten
