One additional clause I will need is in case that we have an investor invests into our portfolio as we are discussing now, with the intent of eventually exiting into a REIT, we should be able to do so. If I remember correctly, the agreement at present only allow a maximum of 40% for others to invest whereby we must hold at least 60%. This will not work in case we do have an investor joining hands with us. In addition, there is also a clause which states that at the end of the lease term, lessee is allowed to remove all loose items in the hotel which they would also like changed that we leave all items there which I will agree to hence this needs to be amended at the same time.
