Applications will not be accepted if any of the above documents are incomplete, incorrect or not
supported by evidence. They also will not be accepted if they arrive after the deadline.

3) After an applicant has agreed to accept the scholarship, he/she must not change the host
institution in Japan.
4) The payment of scholarship may be terminated in the following conditions.
? Any of the information supplied with an application is found to be false later. Admission
can be canceled any time after enrollment.
? He/She violates the pledge declared to the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology.
? He/She has been subjected to a disciplinary punishment or has been judged by the faculty as not being able to continue the program.
? It becomes definitive that he/she will not be able to complete his/her course within the
standard course term because of his/her poor academic achievement or suspension.
? He/She quits Kanazawa university.
? He/She changes to other university.
? He/She changes the status of residence to the one except for “College Student”.
? He/She receives financial support from his/her government or other organizations.
5) The scholarship will be suspended during the period of a leave of absence or when the student remains off campus for a long time.
6) In 2013, five graduates who applied through Kanazawa University were selected as
Monbukagakusho scholarship recipients. The number of the recipients is likely to be decided by the budgetary policies of Monbukagakusho.
