This challenge must be addressed before community illness. The principal cause of global warming and food insecurity, lack of access to nutritionally adequate foods, is multi-faceted. At a policy level, attention to community food security has emphasized the farmers, school, and community households. The steps were 1) Establishment of community participation, awareness and open wide of district administrative organizations. 2) Applied as a guideline for public health personnel and stakeholders to arrange health-promoting activities, 3)Grow of the project’s non-chemical vegetable garden in communities and to learn with local wisdom of agricultures.4) Provides nutrition education to promote healthy eating and active lifestyles. 5) Encouraged to practice Thai-herbs cooking techniques in households and school, and 6) Avoid the use of chemicals in weed control. Most chemicals in the market leave dangerous residues in crops and in the soil which are harmful to human, animal and environmental health.
