POSITION SUMMARY:
Develops and manages brand image and voice across multiple channels through creative and consistent written content. The Web Content Manager will report to and collaborate with the Senior Executive Vice President to build and execute a comprehensive online presence. Position will conceptualize and write engaging copy for the DHR website and will be responsible for developing content for print collateral (flyers, brochures, presentations, etc.). The ideal candidate is an expert storyteller with an innate ability to weave together the essence of a brand and proprietary data in order to craft a compelling and engaging content strategy. Superb writing skills are a must.
This role will feature a significant writing and editing component, but also requires skill in brand development, content distribution through social media and websites, influencer outreach, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITES:
• Create, develop and manage content for the organization’s web presence (requires working with management software).
• Write copy for various service lines and departments.
• Coordinate web projects across departments and campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties.
• Working with a cross-departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties.
• Write, edit, and proofread all web content.
• Responsible for developing service line specific pages and campaigns.
• Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs, listservs, and events.
• Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference.
• Track and report on all site metrics.
• Work cooperatively with key team members, clients, and vendors.
• Develop unique concepts for content and branding.
