As per our conversations previously regarding to the ADSL service which are mostly unable to find the root cause due
to the ADSL technology itself.
The DSL signal via a regular telephone line is reliable on the weather conditions including humidity and the quality of
telephone lines which belong to the customer themselves.
Never the less, the DSL line providers will not access into the customer sites to check the internal wiring and cannot
provide us an ETR of any outages. Moreover they do not have an escalation matrix for ADSL circuits.
However, the issue on this circuit has been raised to Pacnet’s sale person and the discussion are being made.
