5. If employee might be strike (be absent, abandon duty, abandon work, or avoid offshore work) for three (3) consecutive working days whether there is a holiday in between without reasonable cause; company can give him for the Termination of employment without several pay, this is reference to Company Handbook, Chapter 9 : Principles/Policies, section of Discipline, Measures and Disciplinary Action, Part 2 page 57.
However, employee might feel they are not fairly treated by company with regard to such matter might be the contentious case “ Dismissal is unfair”, sue company and will be the process of court later.
