I am writing this email to try and avoid confusion and to save time and costs on both sites regarding investigation processes specifically relating to Nozzle Calibrations.
In certain times during the investigation process we may request a nozzle calibration report to assess if the nozzles may be impacting the performance of the tank and be causing the issue.
If we ask for a nozzle calibration report we require the most recent/current nozzle settings listed in the report format shown below.
If we require JCI to visit site to reset nozzles when the nozzle is outside Thai tolerance or believed to be causing the poor performance we will specifically ask for a fresh nozzle test or a nozzle reset.
