A sample of 1.0 lL was injected in a
splitless mode with an injection time of 5 min. The column
temperature was held at 100 C for 5 min, then increased to
250 C at a rate of 25 C/min, held for 1 min, then further
increased to 290 C at a rate of 3 C/min and held for 20 min.
The detector temperature was set at 300 C.
