Use Pull in Goal for inserting Goals that were set for the on-going year or for first half of the year, to complete the mid-year evaluation of those goals
Use By Review while pulling in goals to select on-going year's goal from last completed Goal Setting template, or use By Category to select goals with category Performance Goal 2015! Use All Valid Goals to select any other goal. The fields will be pre-filled based on how you set the goals earlier - but you can update them now.
Make sure to have Due Date for your goal, and to have the correct Goal Category!
Use Weighting to update weight for the goal if needed (note that the weighting of all goals shall add up to 100%)
Use Status to show if you are still working on the goal, or if you have completed it already in Q1-Q2.
Use Rating to evaluate the goal on the 3 point scale
Use Comment to write comments/notes on the status/evaluation of the goal
If you want to evaluate a goal that has not been added to the system earlier, just type in the goal manually (do not tick in the Pull in Goal box).
Comment for Managers: in case the employee missed some goals, you can also pull in, or add goals for him/her the same way as described above, or alternatively, you can send back the template for the employee to amend.
