ผลการทดลองให้อาหารเสริมกวาวเครือขาวในระดับต่างๆกัน ในไก่กระทงอายุ21-49วัน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการใช้อาหาร อัตราการเจริญเติบโตเฉลี่ยต่อวัน อัตราการตาย และต้นทุนค่าอาหารต่อการเพิ่มน้ำหนัก1กิโลกรัมของไก่กระทง โดยแบ่งการทดลองออกเป็น7กลุ่มทดลอง ดังนี้ กลุ่มที่1 ให้ไก่กระทงกินอาหารปกติ กลุ่มที่ 2,3,4,5,6 และ7 ให้ไก่กระทงกินอาหารปกติเสริมกวาวเครือในระดับ 0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%,2.5%และ3.0% ตามลำดับ โดยวางแผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มตลอด (Completely Randomized Design,CRD) ผลการทดลองพบว่าประสิทธิภาพการใช้อาหารที่อายุ21-35วัน ประสิทธิภาพการใช้อาหารที่อายุ36-49วัน อัตราการเจริญเติบโตที่อายุ21-35วัน อัตราการเจริญเติบโตที่อายุ36-49วันและอัตราการตายที่อายุ21-49วันของไก่ที่ได้รับอาหารเสริมกวาวเครือในระดับต่างๆ ไม่มีความแตกต่างทางสถิติ(P>0.05)แต่ต้นทุนค่าอาหารต่อการเพิ่มน้ำหนัก1กิโลกรัม มีความแตกต่างทางสถิติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญยิ่ง(P
