If I was to have my M7 Phone replaced with a New M7 phone from Singapore, will I have the same issues as I have had with my M7…. and if that is the case, will there be a HTC worldwide 2yr warranty (as I have had on my M7) to cover the issues that will arise??
· HTC phone only cover local warranty or warranty coverage is only provide by the country where customer purchased from. Customer can enjoy 2 years warranty coverage from Australia(where customer purchase the device from) but not in Thailand. However, we are providing 1 time FOC repair / replacement out of good will and would like to offer an extended 3 months warranty on the same fault should there be any defective again.
That is why I have proposed to Sunny Shev (Montree) the option of my M7 to be replaced with M9+.
As far as all the information I have received and confirmed by Sunny as well, the M9+ is free of all the defects (both Hardware & Software wise) the M7 and M8 has had.
