As I can remember, in the contract there is no link between facilities and payments.
Therefore, for Corsy (Crocus) there is no difference between which facility finishing first and which facility producing what goods in which order.
The payments are done based on procent of readiness only.
Also, as we all know and agreed earlier, there are no problems with panels safety in Moscow - Crocus has decent warehouses and can handle storage issues.
...As far as I understood, that although couple weeks ago we (Crocus, Corsy) were told that the US panels are almost done, which means that by now they planned to be ready for shipment, the pannels being producing in States will not be ready for shipment til April 28.. Right?..
... Is it RPT want to be sure that Corsy will not proceed with any penalties, because of a little overdue that might ocure?...
Please, correct me if I am wrong.
George, we were always honest between us.
Please, just arrange the "go ahead" for fast shipment from Thailand.
Then, as soon as US panels will be ready, please, send me the final invoice and confirmation about 100% readiness.
We will pay very fast and then pick up the panels from USA.
You are right, we are planing to start installation June 1-st.
Of course we will not proceed with installation before inspection.
Thank you very much for your help.
Please, let me know as soon as "go ahead" for Thai panels will be granted.
