What could I say about myself? - Hell knows is the answer. Someone's personality can be too complex to fit into a simple description. At the end of the day, I can give you a description and talk about myself but this will be based on my thoughts. At the end of the day everybody makes their own mind and judgements and other people might see me differently.
Anyways, i'm not much different than your average person. I live in Central Scotland and my interests can be similar to most other people's. On that side of things you could probably say i'm average. My day job is linked to making people happy (although it can also cause misery) but then it's an ordinary job at the end of the day.
If you're into the personality types thing...apparently I fit into the ISTJ category. I can be introverted and socially awkward. Basically, I have a bit of a phobia for small talk and fake pleasentries. I can also be a bit insensitive although I prefer to put it down to being a direct and honest person, I can be blunt sometimes.
I have a sense of humour, however it might not be easy to spot...that's because I breathe sarcasm. Happy days.
Also be warned, I can be a bit awkward and shy...i'm not really good at starting conversations or talking to folk I don't know, so please bear that in mind.
So to put it this way: sometimes i'd rather be on my own or in a quiet environment than somewhere with a couple dozen acquaintances who I am expected to get on with. Needless to say, i'm not a hermit. I do enjoy going out ocasionally and I do drink (sometimes) but not on your typical let's get hammered every weekend scheme of things (I had my day). It's better to have 2-3 people who you can have a meaningful conversation with than knowing 50 folk who you would only do weather talk with. Quality is better than quantity.
Despite this fairly cold assessment about myself, I don't believe I am that bad. I might not be the average person in many ways but then I don't really like following other people's way of being, i'm not a sheep. Despite this coldness, I am quite open-minded, accepting and friendly once I get to know someone.
Other than that I am an aspiring Ross Geller (lets just leave it at that) and my TV watching habits have had to settle with being a critique of children's cartoons (believe me, I really have no choice here!). True story.
At the end of the day, this is just me talking about myself...but it's up to you to make your own conclusions and have your own opinions.
