Procedure:
Presentation:
Period 1
1. The teacher states the topic and displays the book’s cover of the story-song
“Spider on the Floor” then asks students the following questions:
“Do you know this story?”
“Can you name things in the pictures?
“What do you think this story is about?”
2. The teacher briefly explains what the song is about without summarizing
the entire story-line.
3. The students listen to the song “Spider on the Floor”
4. The teacher teaches the new vocabulary in the song by using the flash
cards.
5. The students draw a picture of them and state each parts of body.
6. The teacher draws a circle with a straight line to illustrate a person on the
board and asks the students what is missing. The students take turn to
answer, for example, hair, eyes and then come up to the front and draw the
parts which they said.
