Responsibility:
• Responsible for the recruiting process :
- Screen applicants to meet job specification requirement
- Handle for all interview calls.
- Arrange interview appointment
• Responsible for contract management
• Accurate record keeping of advertisements and recruitment tracking
• Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities
• Responsible for preparing Management Trainee employee records
• Responsible for designing recruitment’s media such as poster, leaflet, ads etc.
• Prepare presentation and organization chart,monthly report and KPI
