Selection Criteria
An applicant for the Passenger Services Manager position should have:
• A gracious personality under pressure;
• Leadership skills/experience with ability to direct and motivate staff;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Effective time management, problem solving and project management skills;
• Working knowledge of office administration and file management;
• Computer proficiency;
• (Preferably) a bachelor degree;
• At least 3 years of customer service management experience, in high volume environment;
• Proven record of exemplary work performance; and
• Ability to travel and work in different locations as Company operations grow.
