Further to our delay of Karamay shipping documents (2 shipments), the customer has complained us heavily on PNP service as a professional company (as email attached below).
Karamay has been paying us 100% advance before shipment and these shipments we’ve received completed payment by 20/11 (same day as we’ve submitted the Shipping instruction).
As we recalled, this 16mm order was split into 2 shipments (ETD 28/11 & 5/12) due to production delay, and Logistic team confirmed that we’re able to combine the BL and make it one BL. This should be one of the reason the document has been delayed.
Anyhow, could you come up with our action and preventive plan, so we can send to Karamay and try to regain their confident with PNP krub.
