Many of us experienced some issue with email service this morning. The root cause is still being identified by Regional/Global IT but it appeared to be related to Domain Name Service (DNS) at regional datacenter in Hong Kong. The email service was running normally when a daily system check was perform at around 7-8 AM. IT started to receive reports of the issue at around 9 AM. The cause was identified and a workaround was put in place by local IT to restore the service. The service should be running as normal now but if you or your colleagues are still facing the issue, please contact IT at the 300 hotline.
