In my current position, I am an operation officer for my family's business. My general responsibilities include, but are not limited to: receiving orders, issuing invoices, checking inventory, purchasing products, and providing product information to customers. I also formerly worked as an operation officer for ABC Co. Ltd. in Bangkok for 7 years. I experienced communication with customers and suppliers on a daily basis, particularly relating to order processing, checking stock records, monitoring movement of consignment stock report, and forecasting inventory. All of these duties taught me to develop my communication skills, working as a team member, and trouble shooting.
