Thank you for your proposal for evaluation sheet before bonus payment.
My comments are as follows:
1. ③Evaluation items:
I think the items are basically good and fair.
2.②Working record
If OTH can trace the record of each employee, I think it’s OK except following items.
Annual leave/ Condolence leave (Parents/ brother or sister/kid)/ Maternity leave
These holidays are basically “company-paid” leave based on my understanding, if holiday-takers meet the company rules & conditions.
So these holiday-takers shall not be evaluated negatively.
3. Evaluation result & Bonus payment:
This is the important point on how to connect evaluation points and payment.
My image is in 3 cases. This shall be discussed & agreed with Yamaji-san.
