Considering these good dielectric properties and
the relaxor nature, (Ba, Ca)TiO3 materials are expected as
alternative candidates for tunable microwave dielectric materials
with low dielectric loss and small temperature dependence.
On the other hand, though some fundamental work
has been carried out [8,9], there is few report on the field
dependence of dielectric properties of (Ba, Ca)TiO3.
In the present work, (Ba1−xCax)TiO3 ceramics are prepared
and the dielectric properties and the filed dependence
of dielectric constant are characterized together with the microstructures.
The relationship between dielectric properties
and structures is discussed.
