• CS will forward Incoming Email requests + EBM subs only to Retention TM (no longer includes Regional Team)
• Retention TM will follow-up with cancellation, if successful – renewal source code will be logged in EBM’s order memo
• Team needs to log save activity + save option into SFDC – weekly report will be generated for review
• If assigned TM is absent, CS will direct sub to call CS for cancellation
