RESERVATION OFFICER
Job Description
• Handling ticketing & reservations for customers.
• Carry out all follow up procedures pertaining to customer travel, i.e. reconfirmation of airline tickets, tour confirmation, booking / reservation etc..
• Galileo & Amadeus reservation systems and issue and re-issue revalidation.
• Maximize sales and revenues by booking and ticketing return journeys, selling holiday packages and other travel related products and services.
• Knowledge in Airline Fare rules, BSP reconciliations, Ticket Cancellations & refunds.
• Visa application and hotel booking Europe visas, US visas etc
• Fair experience with dealings in hotel reservation across.
Skills
• Bachelor Degree
• Excellent Command In English Speaking, Reading, Writing
• Microsoft Application Skills Words, Excel , PPT , Internet
• Experience not less than 3 years
• Art of communication in dealing with customers
• Highly Skilled in Customer Services
• Achieving Sales Target & Oriented
• Effective Team working Skills
• Good Appearance
