Under Nevada law, gambler's agreements with casino did not require casino to present casino markers, which provided gambler with $500,000 gambling credit, to gambler's bank for payment, and thus any failure by casino to present markers to correct bank accounts did not excuse gambler's breach of his agreements to repay gambling debt.
