Dear K.Richard,
My name is Soo the Architect and also partner in the development project Skylight. I have had the pleasure to meet your representative K.Pilaiphon last week on the appointed date and the consensus of the meeting is as follows:-
Completion date originally scheduled for the 15 March 2015 plus 6 months grace period hence final completion date falls on the 15 September 2015
New completion date rescheduled for the 15 June 2016 as per our contract documents with our contractor.
This equates to an official delay of nine (9) calendar months which we have agreed to be responsible for having dis cussed and mutually agreed upon based on 15% per annum.
This agreed rate of 15% per annum will be pro rated with the monies that you’ve invested into the project for the period of nine (9) months which our accounting will furnish the documents.
Our legal representative is drawing up the affidavit of the above clauses for your representative to be signed at the point of payment of the agreed sum.
Also agreed was your intention to re sell the said unit 203 to any potential buyer with proceeds to reimburse your actual payments made to date and all other proceeds and profits will not be claimed by yourself and at the sole discretion of the Developer.
The dateline to re sell the said unit is three (3) calendar months from the date of signing of the affidavit.
We are preparing all the paperwork this week and signed by the boards so I foresee this will be resolved by early next week and I will personally call K.Philaiporn for endorsement of documents as well as collection of the cheque payable and I have been in close contact with her for this issue.
Once again we offer our sincere apologies for the said delay largely due to authority issues that has taken more than our estimated time to obtain all the approvals. We hope with this act of goodwill on our parts and your kind understanding as well that we have resolved this matter by the means stated above.
