Right of First Refusal
The Lessor will inform and give the first right to the Lessee in the decision to use the space on 24th floor of Rasa Tower II, commencing on the first day the previous tenant moved out and the Lessee shall have 15 days from the date of receipt of notice from the Lessor to exercise its right of first refusal.
The rental for expansion units shall be at the open market rent, with co-terminus expiry as the main lease, but the terms and conditions will be mutually agreed by both parties.
