Not coincidentally the new Burberry Prorsum collection was called “patchwork, prints and patterns.” Analyzing the collection, it becomes clear that Christopher Bailey took inspiration from the 70’s. As it was not hard to guess, a special place in the whole collection was offered to prints, among which the most important were those of animals and plants. Also, the outdoor clothing items were worthy of praise. For example, coats were decorated with round mirror elements and sewn with suede patches. Poncho and cloaks were ornamented with fringes. Bags were also adorned with fringes. If we talk about the range of colors, we can say that the entire collection was executed in shades of burgundy, brown, blue and khaki.
