How do nian gao
1. Apply oil to count with all comfort.
2. Knead the dough until the dough is soft and sticky rice with water. Then add the sugar and mix well to massage one piece.
3. Add grated coconut and mix them together into one lap, put approximately 3/4 of the counts.
4. Place the pastry up into a series of steam. Then steamed with fire with boiling water for about half an hour to lift it off the heat and leave to cool rooms. Using scissors, cut out to fit over the Aegean counts dessert. Ready to eat
