1. To provide consistent and equitable employee relation/welfare programs.
To develop, implement and monitor compensation and benefits programs/packages to ensure that the company is able to attract, retain and motivate employees.
To ensure that the company’s staff requirements are met in a timely manner to ensure full operational capabilities are realized and legislative/regulatory requirement are satisfied.
To direct and control the payroll activities of all the company staff.
To direct and control the recruitment to archive a manpower requisition and manpower planning and to be compliant with manpower budget. And to ensure that the qualified candidates have been selected and compliant with procedure.
To be responsible for developing, executing and monitoring the administration of human resource systems and policies consistently for the company to ensure that it goals/objectives are met through the maximization of the company resources.
To control and make sure that the employees follow the company’s regulations and practice in the proper action.
To plan and organize for employee’s Training and development program to support the quality of personnel and meet the company’s quality policy.
To set up fair and adequate compensation and benefits for all employees and keep them with the organization as long as possible
To create activity for good working environment for the employees and improve their quality of work life.
