Prices are strictly net and payment in full shall be due on
notification by ABB that the goods have been tested and are ready
for despatch. Ownership and title to the goods shall pass to the
Purchaser only upon ABB’s receipt of payment in full irrespective of
whether delivery has been made or not. If due to the Purchaser’s
fault, ABB is not able to despatch the goods, payment of the
Contract price of the goods shall be due upon presentation of
invoices and notifications from ABB that the goods are ready for
despatch. Such payment as above shall be paid as liquidated
damages arising from Purchaser’s default.
