• Plan and acquire adequate and necessary ground equipments to satisfy the needs of anticipated cargo activities;
• Establish and maintain proper communication channels to ensure effective exchange of operational information among department staffs and with other functional departments;
• Review department safety performance against stated objectives
and goals;
• Assess the impact of operational changes on safety and activate hazard identification and risk assessment process as appropriate;
• Plan and organize safety promotion activities;
• Verify implementation and ensure effectiveness of corrective and preventative actions taken to address internal and external audit findings, safety concerns and investigation recommendations; and
• Perform other duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
• Participate in Company’s Quality Assurance Comittee (QAC)
