there was no australian plug for the unit but it is advertised and is still being advertised. i was only informed after i had bought the item. it only runs on batteries and they dont last very long.

Hi Denis, We've told you that there is no Australian plug when you make the order which you have acknowledged, why not ask us to cancel the order that time, now when you got it you just left a negative feedback to us without contact us before you did it for what? Our product has good quality and service is always open to you, i wanna know does anger, argue or fighting will solve the tiny problem? why you just behave like this? Do you know how to show your basic respection to each other? We're the human beings, not animals, pls behave like a real man and learn to respect each other, you're not the God, you're nothing. We're really surprised to see a person from the developed country and who had the high education experience that behave so badly. We feel sorry and shame for you. God will see all of this.
