September 4, Adelaide to Coorong
Leaving Adelaide, I headed inland for Glenelg, an Australian vacation resort. Then I moved on to Hahndorf, a town where there is a strong German influence. From there I crossed the Murray River and reached Tailem, where the road to Melbourne splits. You can take the slow road if you have time on your hands, but I took the fast road to coorong National Park, which is a paradise for millions of birds.
